Flexible Water Bladder
A foldable, eco-friendly flexible container with PVC as its core material, specifically designed to replace traditional steel storage tanks. Leveraging the advantages of "lightweight + durability + customization", it caters to water storage needs across multiple fields including military, civilian, and industrial applications. It is a flexible water storage tool that occupies little space when idle and offers strong adaptability during use.
Product Advantages
Extreme Lightweight: The weight of an empty bladder is only 10% of that of a steel tank with the same capacity. It is rust-proof, easy to install, and features low transportation and storage costs.
Full-Scenario Adaptability: Available in 3 shapes—pillow-shaped, square-shaped, and onion-shaped (self-elevating type)—it covers 4 core application areas: military use, agricultural use, fire protection, and bridge preloading.
Strong Performance Guarantee: It is water-resistant and impermeable, stable under high and low temperatures (no flowing at high temperatures / no brittleness and cracking at low temperatures), resistant to tensile breakage, flexible for easy construction. Additionally, it can resist erosion from sunlight, chemicals, and microorganisms, ensuring excellent durability.

Usage Precautions
Avoid storing highly corrosive liquids (such as sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid with a concentration exceeding 30%) to prevent accelerated aging of the PVC material.
In extreme temperature environments (below -20℃ or above 60℃), it is recommended to reduce the idle time of the water bladder or install thermal insulation/cooling protective layers.
When storing large-capacity liquids (exceeding 50 cubic meters), the liquid should be distributed into multiple water bladders for separate placement. This avoids excessive weight of a single bladder, which may cause ground collapse or bladder rupture.
After each use, drain the residual liquid inside, rinse the inner wall with clean water (especially after storing sewage or fertilizer solution), dry it thoroughly, and then fold it for storage. This prevents bacteria growth on the inner wall or material corrosion caused by residual liquid.
